FPL Prize Pot Tracker

Know exactly who has paid and what they are playing for

Every FPL mini league with money on the line ends up with the same problem: one person chasing buy-ins in the group chat and nobody quite sure what a top three finish is actually worth. The prize pot tracker fixes both, on Android and web.

Prize pot tracker showing paid members and projected payouts

A paid and outstanding list everyone can see

Set the buy-in amount once and mark it against each member as it comes in. Everyone in the league who has joined the app can see the same paid and outstanding list, so chasing a buy-in stops being one person's job and starts being something the whole league can see for itself. It will not stop the person who always pays last, but it will stop the argument about whether they actually have paid.

Set the split, watch the payouts move

Decide how the pot is split, winner takes all, paid top three, or something more inventive, and the tracker turns that split into projected payouts for every position. Because those projections are tied to the same live table the rest of the app uses, a big gameweek that moves someone from third to first changes what they are projected to win in the same moment, not after someone does the maths by hand at the end of the season.

What it does not do

To be clear about the boundary: the prize pot tracker is a ledger, not a payment processor. It does not collect, hold or transfer any money. Buy-ins and payouts still happen however your league already settles up, whether that is bank transfer, cash in the pub or splitting a round. The app's job is making sure everyone can see the same numbers, not moving the money itself.

Built for leagues that argue about money as much as football

If your league is still deciding how to structure prizes for the season, the guide on FPL mini league prize ideas walks through winner takes all, paid places, monthly prizes and booby prizes, with a worked example for a £10 buy-in, so you can agree the split before you start tracking who owes what.

Frequently Asked
Can I use it for a paid mini league?

Yes, for tracking. The pot tracker shows who has paid the buy-in and who has not, sets the prize split and shows projected payouts. It does not hold, collect or move any money itself: buy-ins are still settled between league members however you already do it.

Which platforms have the prize pot tracker?

Android and web. It is not currently available on iOS.

Who can see who has paid?

Everyone in the mini league who has joined the app can see the paid and outstanding list, which is the point: it turns chasing payments in the group chat into something everyone can check for themselves.

What happens if the prize split changes mid-season?

You can update the split at any point and projected payouts recalculate immediately against the live table.
